Shipping policy

Shipping is at the customer's expense, including return shipping of returned items or items sent with customer's input of a wrong address. Shipping amount of Wrong Address items that are returned will not be refunded.

Access or use of Cher The Fire website, and or it's products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited. Any violation of the Be Kind Rule resulting in behavior, language that is harassing, abusive, obscene, volatile or inappropriate including via e-mail, chat or social media contact is strictly prohibited. In addition, it is prohibitive to use information obtained via the SITE in order to harm another person, including harass or abuse, contact, solicit or sell to a user without their explicit consent it a violation of the Terms of Use.

By using this SITE, you agree that submissions and orders made by you to the SITE that you will not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy or personal rights  of Cher the Fire as well as any third party affiliates and service providers. You are solely responsible for reading all terms and conditions listed in any third party affiliates, 

PRICING AND PRODUCT POLICY

Our items are custom made for Cher the Fire, based on limited edition units and/or via source printers/creators that manufacture custom items as they are ordered. Prices reflect fair market values and are subject to change. Variations of color, size, shape and look may change due to an actual human creating your items. Prices are subject to change based on the current flux of inventory, supply and shipping chains that make each item a reality. The buyer is encouraged to ask questions before purchase to ensure the product meets their needs to avoid buyer's remorse. While Cher the Fire makes every effort to ensure a quality product before offering it to the public, items are non-returnable and non-refundable (see "Refund Policy" for exceptions).

You assume all risk and responsibility from your use of the websites, resources and/or affiliations. All of our items are created and/or printed for you, with the exception of collectables, which are created in limited collection quantities. While we work to create a welcoming and satisfactory experience, we'd rather you ask questions, in some cases get samples first (like with Spoonflower) before making a larger purchase. 

*Spoonflower items are dealt with directly with Spoonflower. Spoonflower creates items as they are ordered and do not hold inventory, and unless there was a mistake on their end, they will encourage you to be creative and reuse items left over from your purchase as all items are made to order.

Products damaged in the mail. You, the customer, must contact Cher the Fire, with item number, description and a picture of the damage within FIVE DAYS of receipt. It is recommended to inspect your item immediately upon receipt. 

Lost items not received must contact Cher the Fire no later than 4 weeks from expected delivery date with item description, order number and date of order.

Misprinted/damaged/defective items must be notified within SEVEN DAYS of receipt with picture of item, order number to inquire about a reprinted item, at no cost, if applicable. Collectable items are assessed on a case by case basis.
