Refund policy

We have a SEVEN-day return policy, which means you have SEVEN days after receiving your item to request a return for MISPRINTED/DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM orders only.  Inspect all items immediately upon receipt.

ALL OTHER ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM PRINTED, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. There are NO refunds are returns for Buyer's remorse, but we encourage to you let us know if something went awry so we may prevent a similar event in the future.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be identified with name of buyer, order number; be prepared to email images of damaged/misprint and or wrong item if requested, including but not limited to the original packaging. In cases where this was a manufacture error, the printer has agreed to replace these items.

To start a return/replacement/refund inquiry, you can contact us at cherthefire@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and what next steps for your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted (this is also per our manufacturing requests, as well!)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (see first item above)


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all print-to-order printed items, (including but not limited to mugs, shirts, hats. reproduction art prints) collectables and limited editions and one-of-a-kind items such as pottery items, original art prints and scarves. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
